Lauren Larkin is a licensed therapist based in New York City with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health & Wellness. She runs her private practice, LEL Therapy, where she focuses on anxiety, eating disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. Lauren is known for her warm, supportive approach and her commitment to creating positive environments. She is very excited to welcome you to this special retreat, where you'll have the chance to prioritize your well-being, connect with other professionals, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired!
